Commercial Plumber

Job Description

We are seeking a hardworking Commercial Plumber with 5+ years of experience in all areas of plumbing, including fixtures, drains, and piping. Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of commercial plumbing systems and components. Experienced in both residential and commercial installations and repairs. Demonstrated expertise in reading blueprints, estimating costs, and completing jobs on- time and under budget.

Responsibilities:

• Inspecting, installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures and other plumbing equipment used for water distribution and waste water disposal in commercial buildings
• Reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications to understand the layout of plumbing systems and materials required
• Planning and performing tasks related to the layout, assembly, and installation of various pipes and fixtures
• Working in coordination with construction or project managers to ensure plumbing projects are completed on time and within budget
• Testing pipes for leaks using air or water pressure gauges
• Ensuring safety standards and building regulations are met at all times during the work process
• Providing cost estimates for plumbing services to clients
• Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 yrs. experience in all areas of plumbing
• Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug test.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
