Purchasing Agent

Job Description

We are seeking a Purchasing Agent to join our team! The selected individual will be responsible for purchasing supplies for our techs and warehouse. Must be organized and have a cleaning driving record.

Responsibilities:

• Purchase plumbing supplied to stock warehouse with appropriate inventory.
• Receive, check in orders and stock shelves.
• Keep track of inventory and order parts on a daily basis.
• Oversee incoming orders to confirm accuracy and completeness of shipments.
• Keep warehouse neat and organized.
• Drive parts to technicians in the field as needed.
• Work with Service Techs and Plumbers for daily needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 yrs. apprentice experience.
• Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug test.
• Clean MVR and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to handle physical work load.
• Must be computer literate to keep up with inventory database.
• Forklift certified preferred.
