Manufacturer offers 6 years on the tank and 6 years on the electrical components (elements & thermostats). We offer a 1 year, all items covered at no charge for our installation. If your water heater has to be replaced within the 6 year warranty,the manufacturer covers only the water heater on residential units. You will only be responsible for paying the labor and miscellaneous materials needed to change it out.
